From 1790 to 1840 considerable advancements happened, but throughout all of the transformations, one idea remained constant, the desire to change. Brilliant minds worked hard to create new blueprints and designs to make life less challenging. Many of them succeeding in building beautifully, elegant homes, carriages, steamboats, and trains, but unfortunately not all parts of the early nineteenth century transformed into something better. The lower class men and women did not get to participate in the wonderful new upbringings of their time. Medicine and the doctors that practiced, also did not improve, they tried new methods and medications, but undoubtedly failed.
