Brightling Kids Foundation (BKF)’s is a charity organization headquarter in the northern of England, UK. They are mainly focusing on the support of those persons who aged between 11 and 18, suffering from physical disabilities. They provide the following services to them:

1. Family Support
2. Education and Training
3. Group activities

In order to increase the cost-effectiveness, the headquarters has recently planned to implement the new process of recording data. The Board of Trustees and Senior Executive Group agree and give support to extend the ICT department in order to give the future development of Management Information System (MIS). As the existing system cannot cope with the current staff workload, many staff use the simple database
