This typology fits me fairly well considering my tendencies that I am aware of. Extraversion is a confusing distinction for me because most people that I meet provide feedback signifying that I express introversion. However, on my typology test I scored 21 in extraversion and 6 in introversion. My best guess is that I prefer extraversion, but habitually exhibit the traits of introversion as an attempt to appear more professional. I also feel in the grey area for sensing and intuition even though I scored 17 in sensing and an 8 in intuition. Thinking and feeling is the only trait that I am concrete about because I don’t let my feelings impact my actions. I was almost tied for judging and perceiving which fits me well because I am a planner, yet I exhibit great flexibility. During the Waterhouse Center activities I used my awareness of thinking as an extravert to quickly rattle off good ideas. I was also aware that the majority of my group expressed introversion, so I took long pauses and prompted them to provide input. I made sure to acknowledge them for their contributions to encourage and motivate them throughout the day.
