SUBJECT: Human Resource Information Systems
1. This memorandum is to address my concern(s) on the criticality of the HR Information Systems in our command. One of our vital systems, iPERMS, is constantly going out at the most busiest part of the day, 1300 hrs. I am respectfully requesting for our IT team to assess the situation as my requests to them have not been acknowledged.

There have been several instances in the past month that have caused some major issues with other programs, for example, the eMILPO system has been locking our users out sporadically throughout the day, which has been causing delays in our daily business.
