It means being accepting of others and their situations without blame and condemnation. In addition, to not judge is to hold a friendly, compassionate attitude that does not criticize. Afterall, a person’s life is their own life, and they have the freedom to do be whoever they want and do whatever they want. Most importantly, everyone has something they should work on in their own life; try to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and try to understand why an individual acts, talks, or dresses a certain way. Unfortunately, it was a busy night and one of our ovens broke causing the wait for customers to be longer. I was taken aback by his rude behavior, but I remained calm and explained our current situation. After acknowledging that he was in a hurry and apologizing for the inconvenience, he relaxed. I knew his behavior was out of frustration so I did not take it personally. While patience is indeed a virtue that everyone should have, it does not mean that we have to be patient when it is not necessary. To be more specific, we are only expected to be patient for a certain amount of time when it comes to food. For example, waiting for 2 hours or more for food is considered unacceptable. This is a problem that is evident immediately when one goes to Franklin Barbecue.…

All that glisters is not gold: Often have you heard that told. In the short story “Transients in Arcadia” by “O Henry”, it is demonstrated through character and tropology that appearances are often misused to decipher a person’s social standing and standards; therefore, being judgemental mostly costs a price of being unaware of the truth. Firstly, appearances are often deceptive and they let a person believe on a false perspective which is temporary, yet all the temporary things have to leave sooner or later. Sometimes they go away in a blink of the eye leaving behind the unmasked reality.…

What is the meaning of something being ethical? Ethical is where you do something morally right and being unethical means it’s an action that has been done morally wrong. I honestly think it is not unethical for Kelly to join First Union National Bank solely because the bank will pay for her education. Kelly is just trying to further her education in order to better herself and the bank offered it to her as long as she worked 20 hours. Even if the bank didn’t make a deal with such standards, I think she is entirely open as a human being to look out for herself and take advantage of the offer without a counter offer from the bank.…
