One piece of evidence that proves the boy’s innocence is the unique knife.
The knife was a switchblade that the boy said he got before the crime scene at a shop for two dollars and that it also had fell out of his pocket. Since it fell out of his pocket anyone could have picked it up and used it on his father while the boy was at the movies. None of the jurors believed this so juror eight got juror three angry and juror three yelled out angrily “I’m going to kill you!” when juror three said that line juror eight asked if he meant that and juror three said no he didn’t. Juror eight proved that people say things and don’t mean it when they are angry or that you can say something out of emotion and not mean it. The line was also heard from the woman that seen it through the El trains window she said she heard the boy say “I’m going to kill you!” and then stab his father through her window but what’s wrong about this is that the El train is really loud so she couldn’t of heard this happen and she also said she seen the entire crime scene happen through the window of the El train which Juror eight had proved that it couldn’t have been she seen the entire crime scene through one window and in a split second he proved that in order for her to see the entire crime play out the El train would have to be going really
