In the story “The Book Thief” this story talks about, a little girl that started stealing books and writing her own books. The room smelled like cigarettes and beer. Papa lit the smoke and smoke was rolling over his shoulder. The vehicle rolled many times and the men swore as they tumbled with the air, the light, the trash, and the tobacco. The room smelled like cigarettes and beer. This reminded me of how you walk into a person's house and it just smells like the scent of beer. It also reminded me of how you can jump into somebody's car and it just reeks like cigarettes. Even if you like talking to a person frequently you can smell the alcohol on their breath and you can smell the cigarettes. Papa lit the smoke and smoke was rolling over
