Boy 21 is a story based in a small dangerous town of Belmont. The story is about three teenagers whose lives are brought together by basket ball. Finley and his girlfriend Erin use basketball to escape their daily hardships and their racially segregated neighborhood, run by the Irish Mafia. The basketball coach of a local high school asks Finley to look over Russ, a new kid who was a former basketball prodigy. Russ loss both of his parents in California and is now living with his grandparents in Belmont. He is so traumatized by the events that he has developed an alternate persona, boy21, to help him get through the days. He has also refused to pick up a basket ball ever again. Finley and boy21 help each other in their own unique ways. Then
