Fiona or fo wakes up in her room not knowing where she came from. She has a mysterious tattoo with 10 lines on it. She knows she can't stay here because she feels like she's not alone. Her room, faded and worn down, looks abandoned. Someone is in the house, but is not friendly. She quickly flees out the window and wonders down the street she can no longer recognize. Dusk quickly follows and she is still walking down the street. Someone grabs her hand and brings her down into a sewer. She meets Arrin, a bossy 13 year old.

rising action

He asks for a favor from her since he “saved” her life. he told her to pretend to be a boy and to rescue his brother. Having no choice, she tries to save the “brother” but ends up being caught by the people holding the kid captive. The militia. The men were terrified by the discovery of the tattoo. Draeyen Bowen, an old friend of fo’s, doesn't recognize her and puts cuffs on her feet and hands and lets her sleep. When she wakes she is at a camp with bowen recognizing who she was.

Break ins from beasts with the same tattoo, had broke in and fo and bowen quickly realize it's not safe there. Bowen and fo leave the camp and head to an old building to sleep at. the

They quickly realised that arrin was helping the raiders and turned Fo in but what he did not know is that the raiders also took him in. He blamed Fo and said he was going to kill her. They cuff both of them and take them to the arenas back and put them in cages. Fo barely gets any sleep and is taken to an arena. 3 other beast are in the arena. Her brother, Arrin, And some girl. Like arrin said, he immediately tried to kill her. But her brother punched arrin off of her. He was the one dead. Bowen arrives and blows the glass on the top of the arena up. he brought some doctor that helped her up. The governor was shot and taken prisoner by the guys. the doctor picks her up and then she passes
