Brief Summary Of Craig's Discovery

Craig and his mom spend a few years in Madras where Craig falls in love with his uncle Oscar's sporting goods store. He would leave Craig to run the store while he was gone, and Craig enjoyed the responsibility. He begins to look up to his uncle as a father figure. However, these couple chapters mostly describe the only three times Craigs father comes to visit him. At only fifteen, Craig was in the hospital for several weeks after getting into an accident with a mint chopper that nearly takes his life. This is when Rudell makes a random visit at the hospital that sends Craig into deep shock. The second time Craig sees his father is not for six months while he was still in recovery, and Rudell makes a surprise appearance for supper. The third
