Once I arrived, I spoke Mr. Risher and he stated that someone stole his trailer overnight. Mr. Risher stated that he last seen the trailer at around 8 pm last night. Mr. Risher also stated that he didn't notice it missing until this morning at 9 am. Mr. Risher stated that he called relatives to see if anyone may have borrowed it without contacting him first.
