Brief Reflection I had the most contact with the first two patients whose case files I submitted on the 16th of February and the 16th of March. Both of these patients were in the chemical dependency group and were in the psychoeducation and process groups in which I facilitate. I had an opportunity to get to develop a therapeutic relationship with them both which helped me with their case files submissions. They were both in the chemical dependency 28-day program. This last case file I only had actual contact with the patient via 2 groups. I did have the opportunity to do a portion of her psychosocial in which I did gather some history.
