Brief Essay On Davy Crockett's Life

Davy Crockett was born on Aug 17, 1786 giving his parents a new life to take care of him in Greene County Tennessee. He had a house made out of wood and a beautiful, green forest around his house. He lived with a pioneer family in a cabin house. Where he lives there is a big, huge, large river called Nolichucky River and it is located in Tennessee at the east side of it. He is the 5th son of his family, and he has also had his parents. Also, during a time he became a famous person because he went into a frontiersman, and fought through the Alamo. By the time Davy was eight years old, he had a milling business in Cove Creek. When he was around twelve years old his pioneer family had been traveling three times in the west. They traveled around and around to find something to eat and some of the stuff that they could use to survive in the nature.But he continued to travel to west in Tennessee and left his family. …show more content…
In 18, 1814 he joined a man named Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson was born on March 15, 1767 in waxhaws. Also, he was the 7th president of the United States. His nickname was called “Hickory’’, he was the president on March 4, 1829 - March 4, 1837. Davy did his best work to oppose much of what Andrew Jackson was working, and especially in the Indian Removal act.

But then Davy got defeated in the Indian Removal act, so he returned home with his family.Then he joined in Congress as a democrat in 1831 and 1833. But then he was defeated in 1835. So he went to Texas on November 1835,sacrificing his life to fight in the Alamo near the Rio Grande. But then when it was attacked on March 6, 1836 he died with some of his followers in the Alamo.
