There is a growing of online education within the nation, which is causing many individuals to share their thoughts on brick-and-mortar schools compared to online schools. These thoughts can be like perspective number one and three, against brick-and-mortar schools, as online schools allows children to learn in a safer and more comfortable way; or they can be like perspective number two, against online schools, as they seem to take away the human interaction from the learning system. The differing views on this topic can cause some disputes, however, it comes down to the parents on where/how their children should learn. Online education is one of the newer modern advancements of society, as it takes home-schooling to another level. This type of schooling can be more adaptable, or as perspective one puts it, “for students who struggle in more traditional settings.” This is very true for children who have mental and physical disabilities, for example, it is easier for a child in a wheel-chair to finish his/her schoolwork without having to worry about the crowded hallways, no ramps to safely use, or navigating in tiny classrooms. Online education also provides a way for students who become uncomfortable in crowded or loud places to learn comfortably. An online school is also convenient for students who live in bad neighborhoods or would have to attend underfunded schools.
