Kristin LeFevre had just finished a parent training with Brian Ramos-Lamboy's parents. Brian Ramos-Lamboy was lying on his bed playing with a tablet. Brian Ramos-Lamboy began to cry and remove his pants. Kristin LeFevre prompted Brian Ramos-Lamboy to put his pants back on. Brian Ramos-Lamboy began to engage in aggression such as hitting, and kicking. Brian Ramos-Lamboy also engaged in self injurious behavior such as banging head into his mattress. A Physical Management Procedure was implemented. A 3-Person Supine was implemented to keep Brian Ramos Lamboy safe. While in the restraint, Brian Ramos Lamboy was engaging in aggression such as scratching, and pinching. Brain Ramos-Lamboy was released after exhibiting safe behavior by remaining calm.
