Brennan Mason's Life Story

Brennan Mason is pretty much your average athletic 8th grader. Brennan was born in Brookings, SD on March 15th, 2003. Samantha, his 22-year-old sister, is a teacher at Blackhawk Elementary near Rapid City. SD. Taggert, Brennan’s little brother, is 9 years old and goes to Oscar Howe Elementary. Brennan says he gets along better with his sister because he isn’t constantly arguing with her like he is with his brother. Katrina, who is Brennan’s mom and Brennan’s dad, Stephen are both the managers of two different stores. Katrina is the manager of Famous Footwear in the Empire Mall. Stephen is the manager of the food department at Hyvee in Brookings. Brennan loves everything about his family, but he has a life outside of his house too. Peter Ramon Indob Guzman is Brennan’s best friend for 4 years. Brennan says that he and Peter became best friends after Brennan sat in the desk across from Peter in 5th grade. He and his family had gone to “Daddy’s Home” at the movies. Since he didn’t want to miss a second of the movie, he didn’t go to the bathroom, which he wanted got to very badly. After the movie was over, he and his family were walking down the stairs to leave, when all of a sudden Brennan fainted. Luckily, the people walking behind him were doctors, so he got taken care of. Now ever since that day, he actually sacrifices a few minutes of a movie to go to the bathroom. At least he learned a lesson. Another story he shared with me was a time he was riding his bike. On a sunny day, he was riding his bike down a hill. When he tried using the brakes on his bike, they wouldn’t work and he then fell off his bike and almost into the street.
