Music in 2004 and 2005 was post-hardcore, pop,and heavy metal sound. This shaped the sound of Panic! At The Disco, they wanted a different sound. They wanted to stick out from the rest. Also, the band was under age, so it was a difficult task trying to find venues to play at. In Las Vegas you were kicked out of certain places at 9pm, and the strip was closed at 10pm if you were a minor.

Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith asked Brendon Urie and Brent Wilson to join their band. When they joined it was in 2004, the band was called Panic! At The disco. Brendon was and still is the lead vocalist, and guitarist. Ryan was the synthesizer, plus he created must of the lyrics and music before he quit. Spencer played the drums, and Brent was the bassist. Ryan and Spencer both had laptops, so they messed around on a website called GarageBand. That is how Pete Wentz found them. He was one of the first

Just like Ryan, Spencer left Panic in April 2, 2015. Only he left because the band encouraged him to get treatment to his addiction of alcohol and drugs. He left but came back, only to leave since he was not prepared for life on the road. While with the band he made four studio albums, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, Pretty. Odd, Vices & Virtues, and Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die. Spencer is still in touch with Brendon, so one day he might return to the band.

Brendon Urie was born April 12,1987, St. George, Utah. Brendon is the only remaining original band member. Brendon, writes and records all the parts for a song. He is married to Sarah Orzechowski, he married her on April 27, 2013. When the band was just starting out Brendon was invited into the band by Ryan and Spencer. He is the lead vocalist and mow the lead guitarist. He attended Palo Verde High School, skipping graduation to be in Maryland for the band. He now lives in Los Angeles, with his wife and two dogs.
