Ans. Breezy should know about the total cost and estimated time for offshoring from different car manufacturing growing countries so that plan in future accordingly. It is very important for the Breezy to analyze all the possibilities and related risks for offshoring business. Breezy should maintain their compatibility advantage so that it can get more profit margin and grows in future.

Ans. Firstly, it should define the main objectives of the negotiation or deal means either the objectives of both the companies are similar and what are their expectations for the future. After that, it is very important for Breezy to make a negotiation team so that both of the car manufacturers or partners can clear all the points for a good business. A team should be composed into hierarchical manner so that every member can understand their responsibility and can use their expertise or knowledge for a particular area. A trust will be the next step for a good partnership and proposals. It will help to do work with a partner more effectively and efficiently. Moreover, make a business or negotiation framework after build a trust between both the parties. A letter of intent should be done at this time. A framework can help to take a particular decisions and deal picture to ensure reach on the goals. A legal framework is also an essential for the deal so that both the parties can understand the duties and obligations for a negotiation.

Breezy should be in some other auto-parts business rather than only focus on the air filters and carburetors. It should be moved to a customized market for making some specialized accessories for car enthusiastic. Breezy, has two options to go international market or do better in the domestic market. The CEO of the company announced that there is one visioning workshop for the senior managers. The main purpose is to do a PEST analysis (Political, economic, social and technological), to get information about the new trends, factors and conditions in the market place while subjecting Breezy to a severe SWOT
