The convenience of the small appliance the company is offering is a huge strength for the growth in the company and the product. (core competency)

Weaknesses
Company G’s engineers have developed a line of small appliances that the company feel are very successful. Breezy Blender is a small appliance that fits snuggly in the consumer’s refrigerator. As of right now there is a limited range of sizes and styles for the products offered, hopefully in they can expand this area in the future.
Company G is a well-established company that has a brand and logo very much recognized by most categories of electronic product consumers. Since Breezy blender is a new concept in the blending world, it is important to establish strong social media advertising. Spreading the word around social media will create free advertising for the new product and other products Company G offers.
The need for new suppliers is a weakness for Company G because without guaranteed supplies and components we run the risk of not being able to supply our products at a consistent price or profit margin.

Our new product brings the convenience for the consumer right to their finger tips and makes life a little easier for that busy person. They can prep the blender ahead of time for a later “on the go” blended snack for a grab n’ go experience.

Threats
Patent infringement and cheap knockoff products will always be a threat when you are the leader in the industry, that will never change. Company G must remain on top of their game against competitors and their cheap knock off products. We will stay on top of it and use it as a stepping stone for our own advancements.
Company G’s biggest threat is relying on new suppliers for their parts and components. Company G is a well-established company with a large company base, we cannot run the risk of going over budget and not being able to supply the quality that our customers have come to expect.
Having the presidency occurring at the same time as our new product launching is a huge threat to the company. Depending on who gets elected or what new laws get passed can affect the launch date or even the production and distribution.
