Product Objective
The product objective for the breezy blender is to capture 3% of the blender market by December 2016 and product awareness by 8% by July 2017.
Price Objective
The price objective for the Breezy blender is to implement the concept of “premium pricing” for the first 6 months. This will keep the price high to encourage favorable perceptions among buyers. We will then set the price low with the goals of attracting customers and gaining market share using the “Penetration Pricing” method. We will strive for 8% gross sales of outside sales by December 2016.
Place Objective
The place objective for the Breezy blender is to have our product in 4 separate big box stores. By July 2016 our product will be in 5,000 doors of the
