Breast feed or bottle feed, that is the question…amongst new mothers that is. It may seem simple but the decision to breast feed versus formula feed babies can be a difficult yet one of the most important decision a mother can make. Even though there is nothing wrong with f=giving babies formula milk, breast feeding should be the number one choice for mothers. Both choices have pros and cons and at the end of the day it’s the descision fof the mother to decide what is best for her child.

Breast milk contains all the nutrients and antibodies a baby need for their growth development. Breast milk is naturally produced by mothers and is less expensice.Breast milk provides optimal health benefitd. Also mothers milk is easiy digested and perfectly matched nutrition for the baby as it contains antibodies that protect against infection, something that formula milk does not. The first milk the baby recoves form the mother while breast feeding is colostrum. Colostrum is full of nutrients and the mother’s pwn disease preventing antibodies which can protect the baby from certain virsues.
