Every mother if they were able to have breastfed their children. It’s the most common and beneficial way for new mothers to bond with the baby. As soon as the baby is born it is handed to the mom so that they can have a connection. The mothers are encouraged to start with breastfeeds as soon as possible. Not only is it important to connect but for health benefits for both the baby and the mother. It also helps with the child’s development. This paper will look at how breast feeding can affect the mother and child.
Breastmilk is good for the child because it is made for the child. Why would it gather in the woman’s chest if it wasn’t made for humans? It provides nutrients that a baby need to fight off all sorts of diseases, it protects the child. Babies who are breastfed are a lot less likely to die, be overweight get diabetes or have some sort of disease is low then the children who have not been breastfed. The health benefits are higher and there is not many down sides to it. The doctors should also be sure and inform the parents of the benefits of breastfeeding and be sure that they know how to do it. Be sure that the baby is held by the mother closely until the baby is properly breast fed. This will help both baby and momma to get used to feeding time. Do not give and supplement to the baby while breast feed and wait till after the baby is used to feeding time before using a pacifier. You should also be sure to feed your infant 8 to 12 times every 24 hours. You baby will diffidently cry when it is hungry once the baby is older the feeding will be 8 times a day unless it is grown. Keep mom near baby while breast feeding. These are crucial information for pediatricians to follow when preparing new moms and dads to be the parents they could possibly
