Making the right choices to have a healthy child is one of the hardest things a mother to be can do. This process could be very stressful and also contracting because depending on your culture and background you might think “it’s okay” to do certain things. Decisions such as breastfeeding and vaccinations are vital to a child’s development. Many women however don’t like breastfeeding and for others is too painful. Breast milk is known to be beneficial to children because it has all the nutritious and vitamins a baby needs. Vaccinations on the other hand are vital to a child’s development because this will prevent them from being sick as they grow. Honestly just because someone “turned out alright” it doesn’t mean the decisions made haven’t
