The milk from a bottle is actually more unsanitary than the milk from the breast. The milk straight from the source is the best way to have the least amount of harmful bacteria. It is better for baby to nurse straight from the source than from a bottle of pumped milk. (I'm not bashing bottle feeding moms, promise, just arguing the point that many are making about breasts being disgusting.) And like I said before, you cannot compare breasts to having sex, urinating or defecating in public. Breasts are much more sanitary, and would not hurt anyone, make anyone sick, or even stink, while sex in public can give people STD's if they come in contact with excretions, let alone all the illnesses you can get from feces and urine.
