Breanna is a smart, outgoing, 17 year old girl. She is very beautiful, with long blonde hair. She enjoys playing golf, reading and arts. She enjoys being active and shoots hoops with her sisters. Breanna does very well in the prospective adoptive home of David Wittman and living with her sisters. She is thriving in the home. Breanna can be stubborn, but she is easily redirected when given one on one time to talk about any issues she is having. Breanna is a junior at Southwestern High School. Breanna is developmentally delayed and has an IEP, but she does well in school. Breanna is diagnosed with a Math Disorder. Breanna receives special services in school. She currently has speical education classes for Literature, Math, Resources and English classes. She receives Speech/Language services 30 mintues per week. …show more content…
IT is suspected that she suffers from Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS). Breanna has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), Oppositional Definat Disorder (ODD), Bi-Polar Disorder and Adjustment Disorder with Depressed Mood. She received therapeutic services throught Catholic Charities bi-weekly for meany years. Breanna has a history of negative behaviors; such as, has a history of negative behaviors, including slamming doors, losing her temper, throwing tantrums, arguing with adults and peers, hitting, kicking, banging her head, name calling and throwing objects. She has displayed physically aggressive behaviors, impulsivity, lying, stealing and defiance. David has been very successful in redirecting her and giving her prompts. Breanna does understand her personal history. Breanna does understand adoption and is in agreement with the adoption. She wishes to live with Mr. Wittman and her sisters. She is significantly bonded with Mr. Wittman and looks to him to have her needs
