Breaking up is never easy, however there are definitely ways to make the whole affair less emotionally stressful for both parties. First, and foremost, make sure you are 100% positive that you want to end the relationship. Weigh the pros and cons of your current relationship versus those of being in the single world again. Ending things on a whim out of anger or jealousy could potentially cause irreparable damage if you decide a few days later you want him back.
