Robots, or artificial intelligence, is taking over the world at a quicker pace than we would like to believe; in “Breaking: Uber’s Self-Driving Taxis Have Hit the Streets,” this proves just to be the case. In this article, it discusses how Uber has invented a taxi that does not need humans to control the vehicle. However, people do need to monitor the self-driving taxi to ensure there will not be any problems. To me, even though it will be amazing to witness a taxi controlling autonomously, I am worried about the self-driving taxis. Day by day, our world continues to be taken over by robots or technology. From robots working in factories to cleaning our houses to being our taxi drivers, there, one day, would not be a need for humans at all.
