Antigone reasons for burying Polyneices are gods law is beyond men laws, and that since she is a mortal, she will die anyway so she rather die to bury her brother than live in suffering. Antigone's tone shows that she have determination and strong reasons for why she chose to bury Polyneices, her brother.
Creon means that Antigone is both breaking the law and is talking with excessive pride and self-satisfaction about it without any fear. Antigone is only guilty of breaking Creon's law to bury her brother, Polyneices, although this law of Creon is going against the gods law.

Creon's main point is that he want to know why Antigone only cares about Polyneices, although Esteocles was also her brother, and he did defeated Polyneices to prevent chaos to the city. I think that both are right, because eac have a good point that on is guilty of in the case.
Creon accuses Ismene trying to steal the throne. Ismene's crime is that she is secretly helping Antigone to steal the throne from Creon.
Ismene changed her mind because she has now learned that it's right to break the law do to something that's right rather than sitting in the dark. I think that Antigone is a little harsh on Ismene, because in this situation, it's always better to have a backbone although I know that Antigone is fear of getting Ismene to be kill.
