Under “Mostly plants”, he believes that we should eat plants because they’re one of the best types of foods as they benefit us by providing us with a lot of vitamins, minerals, and gives us a lot of oxgen. Furthermore, by staying away from the Western diet we should eat more organic food, we should prepare our own meals so that we’re aware of the ingredients that we’re using, and we should increase our intake of drinking water or making sugar free juice out of natural fruits and organic fruits. Boxed juices and sodas should be avoided as they’re the unhealthy drinks that are full of sugar and are bad for your health. By keeping up with our health, we should also keep ourselves active by exercising which keeps our body fit and it also helps us stay from stress. Lastly, I would conclude saying that we should be concerned about our lives by staying away from the Western diet. We should avoid having industrialized foods that are all processed, and instead we should follow a good health plan that would be beneficial for us. By staying away from the Western diet, we’re also going to save our money from the medical bills and

However, some policies such as taxing junk food, could potentially have a beneficial outcome. Those who struggle from obesity often blame high prices on “healthy” foods as the reason why they turn to cheap, low nutritional value alternatives. Taxing junk food could cause people to turn to lower priced, healthier alternatives while still leaving the option to choose the taxed junk food still instead of completely prohibiting it. The regulation of food ingredients is also an effective way to alter, influence and inform society of their eating habits.…
