I invaded people’s space in the fifth floor where my friend Solange was my partner who helped me. The fifth floor is where groups of people go and is a place to study and talk about anything. In this process, I did three different acts throughout the day so people would not recognize me and know I was doing a social experiment. The first act I did was that I sat in a table with three other freshmen Latino males. The table had four chairs and I filled the last one and moved the chair very closely to the male that the chair was vacant. When I sat there I was just smiling to the three other men and they started making conversation with me. They started asking me my name, my major and if I would just sit randomly in people’s tables. The three men were very friendly with me and did not tell me to leave the table at all. They encouraged me to stay and get to know them because they liked making new friends. I was inspecting the men’s expressions or body language and I did not see anything negative. They did not move in weird positions or move away from me. The act took place at 2:00 p.m. where it was sunny and a lot of lighting entered through the windows. It was also a hot day and the building had air conditioner. After leaving the men’s table, my friend Solange informed me that the men did not look at me in a negative way when I first sat at their table or give me weird look, but that they did
