Breakfast Point is one of Sydney’s newest resort-style waterfront suburbs that offers an upscale lifestyle for its residents. Most of the Breakfast Point suburb was once the Mortlake Gas Works of the Australian Gaslight Company, or AGL, which remained operational until 1998 when the Rosecorp Pty. Ltd. Acquired the site. Since that time, this has been the site of major redevelopment. The resort-like lifestyle of Breakfast Point is one of its many appealing attributes because it’s quiet, comfortable, safe, and green. Future developments are in the planning stage, which makes this suburb one of expansion, growth, and infinite possibilities.

• Upper Crust Boulangerie is found on Cross Street in Breakfast Point. This is a local eatery where they serve menu items like lobster, muffins, coffee, and other foods and beverages.
• Olivekitchen makes its home in Breakfast Point on Market Street. This eatery serves European cuisine in a laid-back setting where you can even sit outdoors for brekkie, brunch, lunch, or dinner.
• Platform 8 sits on Orchards Avenue and serves authentic Thai dishes made from fresh, quality ingredients.
• El Mezza, on Cross Street, serves good food and beverages in a casual atmosphere that includes outdoor seating. You can also choose takeaway and just take it home with you.
• The Breakfast Point Country Club is a quiet, relaxed setting on Village Drive. This country club is also a popular wedding venue for hire because of the amazing water views and amenities.
