Non-breakfast eaters will be surprised when they found out what will happen to their body if they skip breakfast in the morning. Most of the people usually would not consume their first meal till they feel the rumble in their stomach or they are trying to cut out calories of the day or they are too busy during the morning rush. Studies showed that consuming breakfast in the morning has no effect on the neuropsychological functions, appetitive and cognitive performances of an individual. It also showed that breakfast omission might weaken the executive function, but acute exercise will improve the executive function even after breakfast omission.
