Furthermore, when you start realizing that you are better without someone is when you feel better about yourself, so you start doing things that you didn’t do before because you didn’t have the time or because you had many problems in your life that you weren’t able put more attention to your personal goals. Additionally, when you are in an unhealthy relationship not only affects you, but also affect the ones who cares about you like your family because they want the best for you, so when you break up with your partner you have more time with your family and you put your energy in positive things like going with them to a trip. Consequently, when you are not longer in an unhealthy relationship, you start appreciating more the little things in life. For example, when you were on an unhealthy relationship you might feel like life was not worth it, but when you are not longer in an unhealthy relationship you start feeling like you have more freedom like everyday is a new excited day where you are be able to do new things.
