Why is better a break up rather than stay in an unhealthy relationship? There is a moment in our lives when we need to make a decision about staying with someone or let that person go away. However, the topic about relationships is extensive, but when we talk about unhealthy relationships we refer to those relationships that include some of these characteristics or maybe all of them such as violence, lies, constantly deception, abuses and other things that are negative. Therefore, it is better to break up rather than to be in an unhealthy relationship for different reasons, such as you value more yourself, your health improve physical and mentally, and you start focus your energy in positive things.

Furthermore, when you start realizing that you are better without someone is when you feel better about yourself, so you start doing things that you didn’t do before because you didn’t have the time or because you had many problems in your life that you weren’t able put more attention to your personal goals. Additionally, when you are in an unhealthy relationship not only affects you, but also affect the ones who cares about you like your family because they want the best for you, so when you break up with your partner you have more time with your family and you put your energy in positive things like going with them to a trip. Consequently, when you are not longer in an unhealthy relationship, you start appreciating more the little things in life. For example, when you were on an unhealthy relationship you might feel like life was not worth it, but when you are not longer in an unhealthy relationship you start feeling like you have more freedom like everyday is a new excited day where you are be able to do new things. There are many positive things you can do when you feel better like going to a new place, start learning new languages, having time with your friends and family, or even write about your personal story and share with others, and sharing your personal story not only helps others, but also helps you because that way you can look at the bad things that are not longer in your life, and also look at the good things that you have now because of your experience and because you make the decision of putting an end to a bad
