Break State Importance

A break state is the transition from healing to returning to the hard. Once healing finished the healer then has to transition from the state of conciousness that they where in and return to a functioning conciousness that they use in everyday life. You can transfer to a break state in many ways, you may simply stand, shake hands and legs and have a good look around to re familiarise yourself with the hard. You may want to walk around in the garden, house, room or some may feel they need to shower. This is an important role as the break state gives you the ability to regain your strength and break the connection form the animal your where healing. You may make yourself tired or even ill if this is not performed.
