Break In Middle School

Very few Middle Schools provide a break for students. Students do school work all day and leave school feeling very stressed. Students need some kind of break in the day, where they can go outside or catch up on work they missed, because it improves behavior in the classroom, academic ability, and it has health benefits.
A break in the day improves behavior in the classroom. There will be less disruptions because the students get to socialize during the break. The break will also allow students to catch up on work they missed, which will relieve stress. A break in the day has mental and physical health benefits. People in general are recommended to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. They will not get that exercise from anywhere
