HISTORY OF BRAZIL CUISINE

Brazil is a very large country and its people come from many different backgrounds. The cuisine of a country is determined largely by the societies, customs and traditions within that culture. Certain foods and ingredients also shows the culture of a country. Brazilian cuisine has European and African influences. It is known by region, showing the country's mix of native and immigrant peoples, and its continental size as well. This has created a national cuisine.

Because Brazil is such a pot of colours, customs and languages, its cuisine is also different from others. In addition, the different types of dishes and ingredients used in the dish depend in the geographical location in Brazil.

The country also has the largest able to be plowed land in the world. Burning also is used to remove long, dry, and nutrient-poor grass from the fields at the end of the dry season. Coffee planting and farming is also a part of farming in the west and north.
The Brazilians food contains much meat, fish, tropical fruits, beans, and rice, among others. In the whole world we can found all the ingredients,
Brazilians like Feijoada as it is their national dish. This dish is made with ham, rice, black beans, pork, onions, chorizo and beef. Traditionally, feijoada contains all body parts of the pig, including parts such as ears, nose, and tale. Since some people, and specially tourists, don’t like to eat these parts so it is better to remove these parts. So that those parts are not added and also the recipe is often adjusted. Traditional Food in Brazil If you are visiting Brazil you can find different verities of food of various types of cultures. For example, in many areas of Brazil, manioc, rice and black beans are very common. In Brazil, you find every food is rich in culture and has a great impact on history. It is not unusual to find treats including pineapple,, papaya, passion fruit, orange, guava, mango yams and peanuts.

BREAKFAST Brazilians eat café-da-manhã instead of breakfast. Café-da-manhã is like a "morning coffee" for Brazilians. It often consist dairy products like cow's milk, black coffee, yogurt, and white cheese. Also, it is common to have coffee or juice with slice of bread or bread rolls with jam or butter. Slices of carrot, corn cake and orange are also common.
LUNCH lunch menu is large and it will have rice, salad, meat, and beans or other sides. Some Brazilians enjoy morning café, mid-afternoon or that will include coffee, hot milk and cookies.
DINNER For dinner, many Brazilians have a light meal of cheese, bread and cold
