Hello Ivy Coach! Im in a very complicated situation, and, if possible, would enjoy some much needed help. For the last year-and-a-half I've been studying in my home country of Brazil, but originally I studied for 8 years in the US (from 4th grade in elementary school to junior year in high school) until my mother (my only biological parent that lived with me in the US) passed away from lung cancer. This disaster left me in a very difficult position. My mother was never technically married, so my only possible choice was to drop everything in the US and to return here (Brazil). Now, in my last year of high school, Im in dire need of help. Due to my lack of knowledge of the portuguese language and many differences in the curriculum I was unable to do well and achieve my desired grade level.

However, if I do not pass said tests he will in-turn fail me. For now, I am left dazed and confused by the last few year and would like to know if you guys can offer some help, im not sure wether to take the GED or not (im assuming taking the GED would eliminate my current high school grades and replace them by whatever score I would receive), Im not sure when to take the SAT and ACT and how to take it and Im not sure on how to apply to any college much less one of my top 3.
