It takes a courageous person to stand up to someone who is trying to destroy their life. Every day, young people on the reservation must have the courage to stand up to someone who is pressuring them into doing drugs. Being brave does not mean not being scared; it means having the courage to do what is right, anyway. Bullying also happens a great deal on the reservation. When people are brave and stand up to bullies, the bullies have no power.
Bravery will change in the future, just as it has changed through the years. The future will have a different way of being brave, but it will always mean the same. Being brave is showing courage and showing you are not scared. People will always have a different way of being brave, but they still are showing courage. No one will never know what the future will bring; so, it is unpredictable.
Bravery will always be important, but as it changes, it will also stay the same. The definition of bravery will always be having or showing courage; it is just that as times change, the way you show bravery has to change.
