Hope’s feelings
“BRAVERMAN, I asked for my order of an American grilled cheese on Pumpernickel twenty minutes ago.” Hope hollered to Braverman.
“Apparently you can not tell time.” He hollered back to me.
I can’t help falling for Braverman. My heart skips a beat when I see him and I get nervous, which never really happened before. Braverman is an amazing friend and a great co-worker I would love for him to be more than that, but I don’t know if he would be great boyfriend. The problem is in the letters my mom has sent me over time she has said to never date the cook ever it will just end badly. Plus, what if he doesn’t even think of me the way I like him. Everything is just so confusing. I mean what if he likes me, we try to be a couple break

Our date ended and he went home and I went upstairs to our apartment above the restaurant. I went to bed and dreamt of our date all night and thought of how tomorrow would be. What if this was the best thing to ever happen to me though what if nothing ever happened to me again, what if everything good goes downhill from here? It was Saturday morning I got up and got ready for another day of work. I could smell a batch of freshly made pancakes on the stove and delicious honey smoked bacon on the grill. I went down stairs ate some pancakes with maple syrup on top, fantastic bacon, and a nice refreshing glass of cold Orange juice.
“Hey Hope how do you feel about our date last night,” Braverman asked me while on our break.
“I am not sure how I feel, but I do know I had an amazing time though,” I told him smiling. “Well would you like to go out again tonight, maybe a movie?” he asked kindly. “Sure I would,” I replied

It was as if when God created Erik Raison, He had reached a mighty hand into a bag of talents and showered them like rain over the child's cradle. There was hardly any other explanation for the myriad gifts that the man possessed. It wasn't enough that he could create beauty with his voice, was it? It seemed that the Almighty had one last gift in store for Mr. Raison when He made those pianist's hands that were just as adept at tuning an instrument as they were at creating building plans.…
