Luis Sanchez examines Dr. Moore's work and finds no signs of "shaken baby syndrome", but rather finds evidence of a urinary tract infection, changing the cause of death to natural causes. Along with this, Dr. Sanchez finds that not only did Daniel suffer from complications from his urinary tract infection, but when he was taken to LBJ hospital, the doctors and nurses did not intubate him properly. Rather than putting the tube into his lung, the tube ended up in his stomach, which causes him to become deprived of oxygen in his body.
