As a Senior Operations Manager, Brandt displayed mental toughness, accomplishing all his assigned missions in a high-stress environment. Upon his initial arrival at the organization, Brandt implemented and supervised a rigorous and aggressive certification program, resulting in the certification of 27 new instructors with zero degradation of the existing program of instruction. Concomitantly, Brandt reviewed, analyzed, and updated the unit’s policies on personnel administration resulting in 95% of his assigned instructors meeting the strict accreditation standards of the Army’s Training and Doctorate Command.
