Amazon’s leader/CEO Jeff Bezos is one of the most successful entrepreneur because his main focus was the customers. “The latest results from the American Customer Satisfaction Index reveals Amazon.com as the reigning and undisputed champ in both Internet retailing and across the entire department in overall customer satisfaction.” (Baldacci, 2013) Amazon’s top leader Jeff Bezos took ownership of strategies for customer value proposition.
