Eating brain-friendly food is the best way for you to work effectively because providing your brain with healthy food will enable it to work effectively in all parts of your learning and work. There are five tips on brain friendly food. The first tip will be to eat a good breakfast every morning including some fruit (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 169). This will start your day off right and help you in preparing your brain for the work ahead. It will supply it with nutrients that are needed to work during the day. The next tip will be to eat a good lunch (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 169). You can do this by drinking lots of water throughout the day and to try and decrease the amount of fizzy drinks and sugary drinks you have. By having lots of water, you cleanse the body of all the toxins (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 169).

Learning from sports is a very good way for children to learn. There are eight main lessons that can be learnt from sport. The first lesson that could be learnt is that all sports achievers have a dream (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 185). This shows the learners that everyone has a dream including sports people and they work hard to be successful in their dream and make their dream become a reality. This shows the learners that it is possible if they work hard to get it. It shows the learners that everyone has a dream in life. The second lesson that could be learnt is that all sports stars or sports players have specific goals that they break down into achievable goals so that they can be successful (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 185). This can show the learners that they need to consider everything when it comes to learning which means they need to include the environment they are in, their state of mind such as if they are distracted or not and the amount of work they set out to do as it needs to be realistic and capable with their mind set. The fourth lesson that the learners can learn is that all sportsman have visions and that they learn to visualise themselves achieving their goal (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 187). By visualising their goals and dreams, it allows the learners to see where they want to be and will motivate them more as they will want to get to this goals and achieve it especially if they can see what their future will look like with the achievement. The fifth lesson that the learners can learn is that all these sports players have a passion (Gordon Dryden and Dr. Jeannette Vos, 2012: 187). They have an urge to play and they absolutely love doing what they are doing and they enjoy every moment that they do when they play this sport. They play as hard as they can and have fun and enjoy themselves as it is something that they want to actually do
