Introduction:
When a cell malfunctions and keeps multiplying and forms a mass of tissue, a tumor is formed. A normal cell in a body die and are replaced by a new one. But the cancer cells do not die, they just keep on growing and mass of the tumor grows. At one point the mass becomes so much that they spread in the body through blood. The most common symptoms are headaches, blurred vision, loss of balance, confusion and seizures, while in some cases there may not be any symptoms. There may be severe or can be persistent headaches, you can face difficulty in walking, problems with coordination, weakness in body, inability to speak or mental confusion, there may be balance disorder or dizziness, there can be reduced sensation of touch, nausea or vomiting. The brain tumor are graded, usually the more abnormal the cells look under the microscope the higher the grade of tumor. They are classified into grade I, grade II, grade III or grade IV. For grade I and II the cells look almost normal under the microscope and they grow slowly as compared to the normal cells. But grade I is benign and grade II is malignant, but if not treated on time the benign tumor may become malignant tumor. For grade II and IV the cells looks quite abnormal than normal cells and they grow very rapidly.
