Braeden Bruning Research Paper

Braeden Bruning, there are a lot of Braeden in the world but this one in particular, which is myself, is a Caucasian male 17 year old attends a small high school about 30 miles north of Pierre, South Dakota the state capital. I have not finished high school yet but, when I do I plan to become a power lineman. I currently however make 12 dollars and hour part time during school and full time after school is out for the summer for Shepherd Seed and harvest. I believe having the job I do influences me to be determined and hard working. For instance, my boss can be very demanding by always pushing you to be quicker and better at what your doing wether it be from working on a planter to a running a grain cart. It is good though to be pushed it helps shape you into a good hard worker that wants to work up through the ladders to the top so you can have a nice life. …show more content…
So when I am doing a trashy job like washing the sprayer I remember why I do it and it fuels me to keep going. As far as my education goes which doesn't even consist of a high school degree it doesn't really get me that far but I do have common sense which seems harder and harder to come by and a lot of hands on skills. I grew up basically in a machine shop working in engines, car, snowmobile, four wheelers, tractor, and what ever else came though which really helps me with the job I have now. I have noticed it influences not me directly but people around me for example when we are in shop class and the teacher is busy with someone else they come to me for advice and in turn it makes me feel good to help others and so it encourages me to help
