Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, this year marks the 40th anniversary of Boy Scout Troop 150 of West Salem, Oregon. This troop has distinguished itself through a deep and abiding commitment to leadership, conservation and public service. Since it was established in 1976, Boy Scout Troop 150 has played an active role in the community of West Salem. A notable example of the kind of public service this troop offers is the Christmas tree recycling program they’ve carried out for the last twenty years. After Christmas, Troop 150 visits a variety of locations all over Salem, collecting Christmas trees. This provides a great benefit to the community and offers citizens an environmentally friendly way to dispose of their trees. It is this spirit of public
