Bowling- it's a great way to get the family together for a night out, but it is also taken very seriously to actual competitors. Bowling has a long history behind it. This sport has been played worldwide for numerous years. The year bowling was founded is said to date all the way back to 3200 BC. Sir Flinders Petrie, a British anthropologist, was studying a child's grave from Egypt and found items similar to that of bowling. Although it is not certain when the game of bowling actually originated for who was the first to play it because there have been so many discoveries of different versions of bowling as we know it today.
Similar to most sports, there are rules for bowling. According to WebMD, not having an active lifestyle is one of the leading causes of heart disease. By exercising with bowling, a person can lower your risk of heart attack and stroke. Also, bowling can improve blood circulation and and bone density. Not only does bowling benefit a person physically but, also socially.
