In our lab I was investigating: Does the height you drop the ball affect how it will bounce? When we were doing this lab person #1 held the meter stick, and person #2 held the bouncy ball when person #3 was ready to record the height the ball bounced person #2 dropped the bouncy ball and told the height the ball was dropped and the height the ball went to. Our materials were 3 people, a meter stick, pencil and paper, and a bouncy ball. As we dropped the bouncy ball from a greater height it bounced about half of the height we dropped the bouncy ball from. For example when we dropped the bouncy ball from twenty centimeters the ball only bounced to 16cm.
