Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to compare and contrast between the social behaviors of the two organisms, and in general, discuss about aquatic life. Also, the evolutionary relationship between the two marine animals will be analyzed.
II. Background Information on Bottlenose Dolphins
Bottlenose Dolphins belong to the Class Mammalia, and are within the order cetacean. Further, they are a part of the delphinid family. (Janik, 2013)

IV. Social Behavior of Bottlenose Dolphins
Another study conducted by Connor, showed how bottlenose dolphins do indeed have specific behaviors around other dolphins, or female mates. Male dolphins were found to travel in pairs or trios in order to protect their females, and also, when they are traveling, sleeping, or socializing, they do it abreast other dolphins. (Connor, 2006)
During a study being conducted on bottlenose dolphins, the behavior of the dolphins was classified into five categories: neutral, abrupt, submission, sexual, and aggression. How these behaviors was classified during the study was by the humans that spent time swimming around the marine animal. (Samuels, 1995)
