Bottle Spreading Persuasive Essay

You know the phrase “the crowd goes wild”? When you hear that phrase, you would undoubtedly assume it is about a team winning in a specific sport. Well, in the world of teenagers, we rage about bottle flipping. Let me break it down for you: It starts with a water bottle, followed by trying to flip the water bottle, while holding the neck of the bottle. After that, you just hope it lands upright again, and if it does, “the crowd goes wild.” From there it just continues, for as many times as you can consecutively achieve the tactic of bottle flipping. With that being said, I believe that bottle flipping is beneficial for students because it is entertaining, it passes time, and it is creative.

A great advantage to bottle flipping is that we get a break from looking down on our phones. Instead, we are entertained with what is going on around us. Bottle flipping is not only amusing for the person who is doing the flipping of the bottle but it is also for those who spectate the event as well. For instance, it is crazy the amount encouragement and support received when you do not get it the first time. On top of that, when you are not doing the flipping you feel a sense of involvement. For instance, when hanging out with friends at lunch, or awaiting the bell. Along with that it gives us something to do instead of being bored all the time (as most teenagers say). Speaking of time, it allows us to interact with one another, and allowing us to spend time together. This fad also keeps us occupied as well as focused. If you ask me I would rather be flipping a bottle than wasting my time away being unproductive. Furthermore, this brings me to my next statement, it allows us to use our time.
